Another winning accumulator was secured last time out with all four selections obliging to land a nice payout to keep us in profit for the season, and after a break for the FA Cup third round, we can now get stuck into League football again, which is usually far more reliable from a betting perspective. Having said that, I think we can safely exclude the Premier League from that statement this season as the number of unpredictable results continued to soar during the last set of fixtures played, and I am struggling to remember a more open and competitive campaign in the top flight. Just five points separate the entire bottom half of the table, and it is quite conceivable that at least one of the division's more established teams will fail to survive this year.
